GRAPE VARIETY: Sauvignon blanc
Sauvignon blanc is the second most common grape variety in the world and has a large flavor and aroma gradient, depending on the territory and climate. Sauvignon blanc grown in the sunfields of the Marandi Wine Company vineyard and has more pronounced aroma of dry grass, gooseberries and exotic fruits.
30% of wine is kept in oak barrels for 10 months, and 70% is fermented in stainless tanks, which allows to purchase notes of the appropriate wood and depth of taste.
Sauvignon blanc is able to create an ideal gastronomic pair with white poultry meat, almost any seafood and fish varieties, soft cheeses, fresh vegetable salads.
